A coach is like a having partner in crime to help you navigate your career, start your own business or jump start your dreams. Throughout the coaching process, you will deepen your understanding of what drives and motivates you and improve your performance, career and business results. In each of your coaching sessions with Angela, it is her job to listen, ask questions, and help you to articulate clarity about your goals and dreams and move you into effective action to live the life, career and launch the business of your dreams.

I’ve been coaching for almost 10 years and I’ve been leading teams for almost 20. What separates me from most career coaches, is that I am still active in Corporate America while running my own business. I have coached many individual contributors, leaders and executives in my corporate roles and also independently, representing my own business. I have helped individuals achieve Manager, Director, VP and EVP level roles though coaching. I’ve also had my own success, made mistakes and can relate to where you are to help you.

Coaching sessions are typically 60 minutes and done using Google Meets or Zoom. While we have structured sessions, I’m also available to you via email, phone and text to help you deal with the things that inevitably come up in between our scheduled meetings. Through over 20 years of corporate experience and having grown and developed to executive level, I can help you understand what your boss and other executives are thinking and help you build plans to make a real impact in your role and at your organization. I have also changed careers a couple of time and can help you think through a solid plan before making a transition to change your career. Having led teams for years I can also help you to focus on what matters to be a successful leader in the corporate world. I have also launched by own business and can help you create a business plan and launch a successful business.

I offer 30 minute initial consultations at no charge. This is an opportunity to discuss your goals how I can help and support you as a coach. Individual coaching sessions start at $150.00 (USD) for a 60 minute session with discounts available for 3, 6 and 12 session bundles. Each session includes pre-work and post session follow-up.

Some clients like to do one session per month, others do one session per quarter and many do one session per week. Many clients have specific needs and we can create a package that works for whatever you need.
