Angela Spears
Co-Founder, President and Dream Living Coach
Angela is a certified career and executive coach with years of experience working with highly valued leaders, enabling them to learn and grow to their fullest potential. Her coaching clients realize greater visibility, career growth and promotion to their next level of leadership. Since day one of creating Dream Living, it was my desire to help people achieve their goals and live the life of their dreams.

- I have been in the corporate world for 20+ years. I found out early in my career that I wanted to help and develop others live their best lives, which led my to a career in Learning & Leadership Development, Talent Management, Organizational Development and Career & Executive Coaching. The services offered by Dream Living are grounded in that desire to help others live out their dreams in Life, Career and Business.
- In love sports and am the co-host for a sports podcast.
- I live in the Greater New York City area and absolutely love it.
My passion and vision is to help our clients live their lives out loud and in alignment with their dreams. I am always learning, evolving and growing and want to share that with each and every one of our clients.
Rickie Spears
Co-Founder, COO and Career Coach for Athletes
Rickie Spears, spouse of Angela Spears for nearly 20 years runs the operations for Dream Living and is also a Career Coach. He and Angela worked together to create Dream Living because they have the same passion to help others achieve phenomenal Life, Career and Business results.
Rickie has a passion for supporting athletes navigate career change. A former athlete himself, Rickie understands what it takes to navigate career change. He has advised college athletes at schools such as Indiana University Purdue University, Indianapolis regarding education and career. He has years of experience mentoring student athletes and has provided assistance and counsel with getting to collegiate eligibility. He has also advised athletes out of college manage a career change, especially in the midst of unexpected or uncertain circumstances.
Rickie also has a passion for education, which led him to pursue a career where he is now a College Administrator and Business Professor. He has a business degree from Otterbein College and a MBA with a focus on Sports Management from Tiffin University.
Rickie coaches many of our clients navigate career change (specifically athletes) and teaches many of our class offerings. He is also a frequent contributor to the Dream Living Podcast.

- I have helped hundreds of students get accepted into college and athletic programs with supporting scholarships.
